Your partner in marketing agency value management.

The Team

Recognising that organisations could tap for more value from their agencies, ADOPS was founded in 2005. Ever since then the ADOPS team has been adding value to clients and agencies alike, striving to improve transparency, fairness, impartiality and accountability in the industry.

Working with ADOPS allows us to stay competitive without compromising the quality of our work. Dee and Angelika go beyond being cost analysts, they often offer advice on alternative suppliers and production methods that allow for improved costs and efficiencies, benefiting both us and our clients.”

Angelika Kempe

Founder and Owner, Executive Consultant

I worked with ADOPS on a very large and complex project at MTN, involving 24 markets, numerous “moving parts” and very tight timelines. Angelika’s knowledge of the industry and ways of working within Africa was exemplary. Her “can-do” attitude, professionalism, ethics and very wide (and knowledgeable) networks made her stand out in everything that she did. Angelika understood costs and key cost drivers in detail, and is always able to point out areas of efficiency for the company, leading to better overall ROI.
